The standard Pop rivet consists mainly of an aluminum housing and a steel nail. As Micro Rivets, we produce our products in accordance with the World Standards by discharging the inside of the body by means of plastering method from filled special alloy aluminum wires.

During the riveting process: the rivet nail is placed in the rivet gun; rivets are placed in a hole of suitable diameter opening to the materials to be joined; rivet gun is tightened. During the squeezing process, the nail in the rear part passes through the body and inflates the body and breaks at the point where it cannot be inflated and completes the jointing process.
